What you’ll be doing

- Work full‑time, on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.

- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.

- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.

- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.

- Assist customers with travel‑related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, packing, travel advice etc.

- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.

What we’re looking for

- You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and you’re the go‑to person in your circle for travel recommendations.

- Great organisational skills – you manage your calendar well and respond quickly to phone calls and emails.

- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing a high‑pressure workload (customers lining up, phones ringing, email inbox filling).

- Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you each time.

- A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between complex systems to find the right flight and package options.
