About the Role

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you’ll lead and support a variety of engagement activities from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Organising and attending community and stakeholder engagement events
- Liaising with landowners for property access, including door-knocking
- Preparing communications materials and managing public notifications
- Keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activities
- Maintaining stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g., EOI spreadsheets)
- Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy
- You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced team, working closely with both internal teams and the client. Some travel will be required.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience in community engagement, ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure
- Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- A valid Class C Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to travel as needed
