MMCNQ is looking for passionate Educators for casual and permanent roles in our Outside School Hours Care services.
About the position
Looking for flexible casual work over the festive season? Or a permanent role in a rewarding childcare environment? MMCNQ is seeking passionate Educators to join our Outside School Hours Care services in Townsville, with both casual and permanent positions available.
Our OSHC centres provide a safe, fun, and educational space for children before and after school, as well as during school holidays. We are currently welcoming new team members to help meet the increased demand over the Christmas and New Year period, including full‑day shifts during the vacation care programme from 8 December to 23 January. Please note our centres will be closed from 22 December to 2 January.
Positions are available at our centres in Shaw, Burdell, Currajong, Cranbrook, and Kirwan. Please indicate your preferred location(s) in your application.

What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying, enrolled or completed an ACECQA approved qualification for OSHC (Bachelor of Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Educational Support, etc.)
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain these certifications
