About the Role
The Project Officer – Clinical role will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our new clinical system. You'll bring your clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and problem-solving mindset to ensure the system aligns with the needs of our frontline teams and supports high-quality care outcomes.
This position offers flexibility to work remotely. However, the ability and willingness to travel interstate — including to VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, and WA — is required to support implementation across various sites.
We're looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also values the impact digital systems have on care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Manager, IT teams, vendors, and clinical staff to gather requirements, support project planning and delivery, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- System Implementation:
Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring it reflects clinical workflows and compliance needs.
- Training & Change Management:
Support the development and delivery of training, champion the system among staff, and provide hands-on support during the transition.
- Data & Reporting:
Contribute to accurate data migration and help develop dashboards and reports that support clinical and operational performance.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure the system meets aged care standards and supports quality care, privacy, and governance frameworks.
What You Will Bring:
- Qualifications in nursing and current AHPRA
- Experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with clinical management systems or similar software
- Ability and flexibility to travel interstate as required (VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, WA)
- Previous experience in system implementation or digital transformation projects
- Experience supporting change management and training rollouts
Why Join Us?
At Respect, we foster a culture built on care, integrity, and teamwork. You'll be part of a mission-driven team working on a project that will genuinely improve outcomes for aged care residents.
We offer:
- A supportive, values-driven workplace
- Flexible working arrangements
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in aged care
- Professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
Our Values
- Respect: Treating all people with fairness and dignity
- Care: Supporting the elderly, and each other, with compassion
- Teamwork: Building trust through collaboration
- Courage: Doing the right thing, even when it's tough
- Integrity: Acting with honesty and transparency
- Innovation: Solving problems creatively
- Excellence: Driving continuous improvement
