What we need

A highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as our EN Quality Project Officer

The role is permanent part time and will be based in the North of the State with statewide travel required.

What will you do?

Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Team and the Regional Clinical Services Managers to ensure compliance with the Aged Care and NDIS Standards. This will be achieved through monitoring quality indicators, conducting regular audits, holding education and providing support to the quality team and the Services managers in meeting OneCare's strategic plan.

- Under the direction of the Manager of Quality and Compliance (MQC) develop, implement, and evaluate objectives and outcomes in accordance with OneCare's Strategic Plan.
- Monitor, support, and enable compliance specifically for quality and accreditation matters with the assistance of the Quality and Compliance Unit.
- Provide support to the Manager of Quality and Compliance in achieving OneCare's strategic plan and quality improvement projects that promote excellence in Aged and HomeCare Services.
- Maintain awareness of relevant legislation and regulations relating to clinical care to ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Support and deliver quality systems that ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and the NDIS Standards.
- Under the direction of the MQC drive relevant quality, compliance, and care systems initiatives to support and enable precincts to adopt best practice projects.
- Participate actively in meetings and committees that support OneCare's strategic direction, quality, and compliance outcomes.
- Under the direction of the MQC conduct regular quality and compliance audits and provide recommendations to support the precincts through specific actions and continuous quality improvement.
- Review, evaluate, and update OneCare policies and procedures in collaboration with the Policy Advisor.
- Develop, source, enable, and deliver education and training in relation to compliance management, quality, and continuous improvement systems.

What you bring to the role

- Diploma of Nursing
- Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration with no conditions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the health sector.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check NDIS endorsed
- Current Australian Driver's licence as there is travel within the role
- Working knowledge in the Serious Incident Reporting System (SIRS), National Aged Care Mandatory Quality
