In this newly created position, our Learning & Engagement Specialist will be the driving force behind training, development and engagement for our workforce across our three Cairns luxury hotels.

By bringing People & Culture to life and ensuring that every Collaborator is welcomed, equipped and inspired to deliver excellence we are collectively helping to shape a thriving, values-driven workplace. Of course, you will be the face of engagement in Cairns, championing our brand, connecting with teams and fostering a culture where people feel proud to belong, contribute and grow.

The role

- Acting as a brand advocate - living and breathing the Crystalbrook way while inspiring others to do the same
- Leading culture and engagement initiatives that showcase who we are, what we stand for and why our Collaborators love being here
- Designing and delivering engaging training for everyone - from new starters getting their first taste of hospitality to leaders stepping into their next chapter
- Driving Crystalbrook Campus (our learning platform) and making it the go-to space for growth, development, and curiosity
- Equipping managers with the tools and confidence to coach, mentor and inspire their teams
- Identifying opportunities to position Crystalbrook Collection as a leader in employer brand with a strong employee value proposition within the hospitality sector

What we’re looking for

- Significant experience in learning, training or engagement (hospitality experience is a win).
- A confident facilitator - you love standing in front of a group and making learning stick
- Creative flair for building programs, campaigns and activations that people want to be part of
- A natural storyteller and connector who can champion our brand in the workplace and community
- Organised, proactive and ready to thrive across multiple properties
- Collaborative in style, a natural people person who inspires others with ease
