Your Role as a Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer at Rival Gym, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives through fitness. Here's what you'll do:

- Conduct personalised one-on-one training sessions to help clients achieve their goals.

- Design customised fitness programs tailored to individual needs and abilities.

- Lead group fitness classes to connect with members and build your profile.

- Ensure client safety by teaching proper exercise techniques.

- Track progress using our In-Body Scanner and adjust programs for continued results.

- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to grow professionally.

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, motivating environment. To succeed as a trainer at Rival Gym, you'll need:

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (students welcome to apply).

- A genuine desire to help clients reach their goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire.

- Organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness.
