Your Role as a Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer at Rival Gym, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives through fitness. Here's what you'll do:

  • Conduct personalised one-on-one training sessions to help clients achieve their goals.

  • Design customised fitness programs tailored to individual needs and abilities.

  • Lead group fitness classes to connect with members and build your profile.

  • Ensure client safety by teaching proper exercise techniques.

  • Track progress using our In-Body Scanner and adjust programs for continued results.

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to grow professionally.

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (students welcome to apply).

  • A genuine desire to help clients reach their goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire.

  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
