Job Details:

This casual Personal Training role offers approx. 30-35+ hours/week.

Experience is not essential, but it may fast-track your onboarding. We provide extensive ongoing mentoring and training to help you succeed in your role.

As a Trainer with Vision St Ives, duties include:

  • One-on-One Personal Training and Group Training Sessions

  • Developing your coaching and sales skills

  • Goal Setting and Nutrition Sessions

  • Presenting Seminars and Shopping Tours

  • Delivering Group Training Sessions

You'll need to have or be in the process of obtaining:

  • Certificate III & IV in Personal Training (or equivalent)

  • Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR certification

  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWC)

  • Level 1 Trainer Boxing Certificate

  • Registration with a Fitness Registration Body

In addition, we'll look for evidence of:

  • Strong goals to achieve in both their life and career.

  • A strong customer-centric focus.

  • Being a positive, healthy role model with a passion for health, nutrition, and exercise.
