## Speech Pathologist | Blue Care | Gold Coast* Employment Term: Permanent Part Time (3 days per week). You'll actively incorporate contemporary theory and practice into therapy that promotes the independence and wellbeing of our elderly clients. This will include:* Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up to date individualised care plans.* Maintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.* Referring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessary.* Liaising compassionately with our clients and their families.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
