Service Assurance Director
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Details: The Service Assurance team is seeking Expressions of Interest of a highly motivated strategic multitasker who is calm under pressure, to undertake the role of Director – Service Assurance.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, the ability to think outside the box, and the ability to work under pressure and make decisions.

- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- And a gift for remaining calm, confident and in control under pressure
- Be familiar with and have experience of the whole of life-cycle management of ICT assets
- Ability to develop, monitor, and manage multiple programs of work as part of your normal duties
- Sound knowledge of the Project Management process

Working closely with the Senior Director Service Assurance and other areas of ICT as required to:

- Assist in the delivery of the Service Assurance processes for DCBR
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with external service providers
- Represent and provide leadership to a team providing whole of Government services
