The new Directorate is an integrated team of military, APS and contracted employees forming the enterprise hub of Navy’s Governance in direct support to Deputy Chief of Navy.
The Compliance and Assurance capability will initially comprise two personnel working directly for the Director Navy Governance. An experienced Navy Officer will lead the Navy Compliance and Assurance section assisted by an APS6 Navy Enterprise Compliance and Assurance Officer.
Within 12 months of establishing the initial C&A capability, it is intended to review the longer term Navy’s C&A capability requirements and potentially establish a larger team with additional APS positions.
Working in the Directorate of Navy Governance, there are a range of interesting and unique opportunities and experiences to be involved in and learn about the Navy enterprise.
