Role: Electrical Engineer

Step into a pivotal role with a high-impact team in Wollongong, where you’ll lead the delivery of cutting-edge electrical and automation solutions across complex, heavy industrial projects. If you/'re ready to take ownership, drive results, and thrive in dynamic environments — this is your next move.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to define scope, technical requirements, and project outcomes.
- Lead the development of electrical documentation — including single-line diagrams, schematics, scopes of work, and equipment schedules.
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Champion a strong safety and quality culture across all phases of project delivery.

Desirable Experience and Skills:

- 3+ years’ experience in heavy industrial electrical projects — construction, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design tools such as PowerCAD or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and electrical design principles.
- Exposure to control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.

- Proven ability to manage technical deliverables in fast-paced, site-based environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
