CRM & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven CRM & Marketing Manager to join the Barry Plant Mildura team
This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, effective client management, and the professional presentation of our brand across all platforms. Barry Plant Mildura is a leading real estate agency with a strong reputation for results, professionalism, and client care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the company's CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, system integrity, and efficient workflows.
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, assisting with reporting, database segmentation, and lead management.
- Monitor, analyse and improve customer engagement, prospecting activities, and client follow-ups.
Develop systems and processes that enhance team productivity and accountability.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Manage all property marketing materials, including brochures, online listings, email campaigns, and signage.
- Maintain brand consistency and high-quality presentation across all collateral.
- Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and media outlets as required.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor analytics and engagement to refine strategies for maximum reach and impact.
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our marketing remains fresh and competitive.
General
- Work closely with the Director and Sales Team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide reporting and insights into marketing performance and CRM usage.
- Uphold the values of professionalism, innovation, and client-first service.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (real estate CRM experience highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Creative eye for marketing and design, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
