Join iSelect’s brand-new Weekend Sales Team and take charge of a high-performing group of Health Insurance Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Health Insurance Sales Consultants
- Drive sales performance through clear goals, regular feedback, and celebrating wins
- Monitor results and use data to help your team reach and exceed targets
- Build a positive, high-energy culture where people perform at their best
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development
- Collaborate with other leaders to streamline processes and improve results
- Manage escalations with confidence and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience
Qualifications
- Strong background in health insurance.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment
- A track record of motivating teams to hit KPIs and deliver results
- Excellent communication, coaching and decision-making skills
- High emotional intelligence — you lift others and lead by example
- Calm and adaptable under pressure
Benefits
- Competitive base salary on a sliding scale up to $140,000, plus uncapped commissions
- Work 4 days (Sat–Tue) and receive a full-time salary while working approximately 29 hours/week
- Above-award pay, including weekend penalty rates
- Three consecutive days off each week: ideal for study, family, or rest
- Recharge Days: additional paid time off
- Supportive, dedicated weekend leadership team, not just filling gaps
- Modern Docklands office — close to public transport, cafés, and shops
