Personal Finance company looking for the ideal person to support the Managing Director.
Energetic and young crew of sales people looking for someone who can help take them to the next level. Are you someone who is up to the task of coordinating the people and the process in the most appropriate way?
Where this role starts, isnt necessarily where it finishes. So there is a chance for you to grow with the company if you are able to help it grow.
What you will be
If you are the right person, you will be:
- Someone who is motivated by a realistic incentive structure
- A people person who can have the right conversations with staff at all levels
- A proactive thinker who can understand the way things work in every element of the company
- Ideally have some kind of exposure to the finance industry that is now highly regulated. And rightly so in favour of the consumer
- Looking for something you can get into for the long term
The owners have a long history of taking their top talent along for a journey. So for the right person, this could just be the beginning of a career move.
But ultimately this role in the first instance is to support the Managing Director. Freeing them up from the "Operational Vortex". Allowing them to work on the strategic elements of this fast growing company.
