This is a permanent full-time role located in Townsville, North Queensland.**Key Responsibilities:*** Ensure the ITT is prepared for training daily during normal training Tempo* Provide on-site after-hours support for M1A2 gunnery training upon approval.* Offer off-site on-call assistance during non-operational hours.* Support ITT when deployed Off-Site.* Perform corrective and preventative maintenance for ITTs.* Deliver comprehensive training courses for operators, instructors, as required* Customize training scenarios as requested.* Liaise with customers for upgrades and improvements.**Skills, Qualifications & Experience:*** Must hold current and active NV1 Defence Clearance* Proficiency in computer maintenance and networking with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.* Skilled in technical writing and publications management.* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.* Experience in training development and delivery.* Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.* Understanding of configuration management processes.**Good to Know**You’ll get an email acknowledgement after you’ve applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
