The Network Technician Internship program provides you with 12-weeks of hands-on technical experience in network field engineering. As a Network Technician Intern, you will go on site and provide network support to a range of clients. You will specialise in wireless communications, routing and switching, network configuration and hardware support. Network Technician Internship Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability on site
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Provide on-site support to resolve faults with networks
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
- Perform upgrades to existing network infrastructure and perform testing for network speed and reliability

- How to diagnose and manage on-site network faults
- Experience working in a fast-paced network technical team to provide solutions to clients
