Job Overview

Reporting to the Field Manager, you will undergo an 8-week course to acquire the required skills prior to performing maintenance on various ATM and cash payment technologies. As an enthusiastic person with a passion for all things technical, we will provide you with all the tools of trade required, including a mobile phone, full tool kit, and vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs on a range of cash management systems
- Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices
- Commissioning, configuring, and testing devices
- Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)

Requirements:

- The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
- An ability to follow instructions
- Prior electro-mechanical experience would be advantageous
- Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Must have a valid driver's license
