About the opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join our team located at our head office in Mulgrave, with hybrid working available.

Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving our Digital Systems strategy and roadmap to deliver on the organisational strategies.

The Product Manager will lead the day-to-day management of development across our core digital systems as well as drive an innovative strategy and roadmap that ensures CareChoice remains an industry leader in this space.

Some key responsibilities in the role will be developing and owning the product strategy and drive the end to end execution of initiatives and project management.

About you

We are looking for an experienced individual with 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, you will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a product and experience working in a fast paced environment.

You will have a can-do attitude and a highly effective decision maker. You will need to be self-motivated, amiable, honest and reliable. Being highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and a solid understanding of web technology and online products will see you be a strong candidate for this role.

- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Commercial and business awareness
- A proactive attitude and high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- 3 years/' experience in a similar role
- Experience using RMM Platforms, Snipe it and Word Press

Qualifications required

- Current and valid drivers license
- Bachelors Degree in Product Design, Computer Science or Engineering
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check (Employee type)
