Join us and be part of a dynamic and driven team striving to deliver excellence. **About Your Role:** UGL is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Production & Planning Manager** to lead operations at our Spotswood Maintenance Centre, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of locomotives. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across production and testing activities. You will be required to work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations Support, PST, Procurement, and Warehouse teams, while fostering a positive team culture focused on customer delivery and continuous improvement.
