A brand new opportunity is now available for a 3rd Clinical Manager to join the team at Tamworth Community Aged Care, a 144-bed residence.
You will work closely with the Residential Manager and fellow Clinical Managers to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents.

What Does It Take to Join Us?
Here is what we are looking for in our Clinical Manager:
- Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment
- Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience in staff supervision and development
- A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
- Knowledge of Care Planning

Essential Requirements
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months) - a must-have for peace of mind and safety. NDIS homes require a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- RN Qualification with AHPRA Registration - current, unrestricted, and essential.
