Your Role

As a Developer, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our technology solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Your key role will be to:

• Design, develop, and maintain software programs that meet the requirements of the banking industry

• Collaborate with stakeholders in banking to gather requirements and design technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Troubleshoot and debug software defects

• Test and validate software programs to ensure they meet specifications

• Collaborate with other developers to design and implement software features

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are maintained

• Maintain documentation of software programs, including technical specifications and user manuals

• Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure software operates efficiently

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve software programs in the banking industry

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to banking

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development or related field in banking or insurance or any financial services industry

• Strong technical skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles

• Strong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications and user manuals
