Lead + Senior Structural Engineers Responsibilites:

- Lead and mentor junior colleagues and lead and run your own projects.
- Utilizing your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines.
- Implementing best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings.
- Taking charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and providing support for larger projects.
- Maintaining effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
- Establishing strong client relationships and identifying potential business development opportunities.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives.

About you:

- Structural Engineering professional with a relevant tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or similar
- Significant experience at a Senior Engineer level, ideally within a consulting engineering environment including construction phase inspections
- Previous responsibility across the full project lifecycle, including project delivery
- Chartered Engineering status is desirable, or eligible to apply for CPEng/NER
- Understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards and demonstrated capability in the design of large structures incorporating RC/PT concrete, steel and mass timber
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar.
