A highly regarded and well-established Melbourne law firm is seeking a down to earth, experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to join their growing team. The Role
You'll manage a diverse portfolio of Wills & Estates matters, including: managing estate disputes, and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6+ years PAE in Wills & Estates, ideally within a well-regarded private practice
- Strong technical expertise in estate planning and/or litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine enthusiasm for the work
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A desire to contribute to a positive team culture and long-term firm success
