Your Opportunity:

Plena Healthcare is inviting passionate Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic mobile team, delivering high-quality services to adults in residential aged care. Servicing Melbourne West to the Geelong region, we can be flexible on location As a Plena Speech Pathologist, you will be making a real difference for adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline.

Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, this role offers the support and flexibility to shape your ideal career path.

Your Role:

- Deliver dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions.
- Manage your own calendar — flexible hours and locations that suit your lifestyle.
- Provide in-person and telehealth services across residential care and community settings.
- Collaborate with a national team of dedicated Speech Pathologists.
- Travel opportunities to support clients in regional areas (optional).
- Advocate for and support clients with complex communication needs.
- Educate and consult with families, support coordinators, and care teams.

What You’ll Need:

- A degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for travel.
- Passion for improving the lives of older adults.
