The opportunity…

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join the team. You’ll share our values and bring a drive to achieve results, a flexible can-do approach and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.

We’re offering considerable flexibility for the right person, including part-time and full-time options and a hybrid arrangement, potentially blending in-person and telehealth supports where clinically appropriate.

Your role will include:

- Functional and clinical assessments, developing and monitoring functional skill development programs and therapeutic interventions.
- Working in musculoskeletal and spinal cord injuries, chronic and acute injury and rehabilitation, falls, balance and strength training, and pain management.
- Developing interventions tailored to each client’s functional performance needs, including objective assessment outcome measures, equipment assessment, prescription and education, and pain education.
- Create hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions to support rehabilitation, exercise, and relaxation.
- Providing education to everyone involved in your client’s support system.

About you…

To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:

- 3+ years of physiotherapy practice, including experience working in the community and providing supports and services under the NDIS.
- Current AHPRA/Physiotherapy Board of Australia registration.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- A current driver's licence and your own transport.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.

Experience with equipment prescription is desirable but not essential.
