Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Focus

Location: Sydney – Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 plus Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team.

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
