An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the team at Cue Health Service in the Midwest. To be successful, you will have: - Broad Nursing experience including assessment, emergency management, Primary Healthcare, and recent accident and emergency skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-cultural setting. - Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. - Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety & Health, and how these impact on employment, people management and service delivery. Position Profile: To work as a member of a multidisciplinary team within a Primary Health Care framework in partnership with the community and other organisations. To provide planned, coordinated and comprehensive primary health and emergency care to members of the community in a culturally secure environment. The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at eligible locations.
