Clinical Nurse Consultant – McGrath Cancer Care Nurse (Breast) Position No: 00009569 Work Type: Fixed Term - Part Time (60.8 hours per fortnight until 30/06/2028, with possibility of extension) Unit/Directorate: Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group > Surgical Services - Breast Centre This is a specialised role funded by the McGrath Foundation to support patients with early breast cancer. The McGrath CancerCare Nurse (Breast) clinical nurse consultant will lead and manage the specialty service, maintain the McGrath Foundation reporting database, and provide clinical leadership in the development and enhancement of specialty services for women and men presenting with early breast cancer in accordance with clinical practice guidelines and the McGrath Model of Care. Responsibilities - Practice as a Senior Registered Nurse (SRN) in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and the Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart. - Provide clinical leadership and management within the organisation, the clinical division, and area(s) of responsibility. - Uphold and work within the core values of the organisation: Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity.
