What are we looking for?

- Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn & develop.
- Attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can take instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Safely & competently operate all equipment.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards.
- Maintaining general housekeeping within your designated work area.
- Driving improvements.
- Checking schedules to forward plan for any changes.
- Completing effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothly.
- Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
