With over 1,000 team members on board, we’re a buzzing place to be, and we’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor who’s ready to dive in and make an impact.

About the role

In this hands‑on, varied role, you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle – everything from recruitment and onboarding to coaching leaders, supporting performance and disciplinary processes, interpreting policy, and getting involved in people projects like engagement campaigns and seasonal hiring drives. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to contribute to activations, events and initiatives that keep our workplace engaging and energised.

What you’ll bring

If you’ve got 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, strong recruitment skills (especially in volume hiring), and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you. A solid grasp of ER/IR and a knack for building great relationships will definitely help you succeed here. A paid Queensland Blue Card* is needed and Qualifications in HR are a bonus
