Overview

We are a small, community-based preschool located in Georges Hall, proudly offering a traditional Montessori education and rated Exceeding under the National Quality Standard. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Montessori Assistant to join our warm and experienced team.

Qualifications

- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Full Australian working rights (unrestricted)
- ACECQA-recognised First Aid, including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) number
- Montessori 3–6 qualification is highly regarded but not essential

Selection Criteria

- A passion for Montessori education and the ability to apply its principles in an inclusive setting
- Ability to build strong, respectful, and nurturing relationships with children and families
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
