What you'll be doing:

- Full 360 recruitment – From sourcing candidates to securing new business and filling roles.
- Heavy business development focus – Cold calling, client visits, and proactive networking to establish a strong client base.
- Building long-term relationships – Engaging with clients and candidates to become a trusted recruitment partner.
- Driving revenue – Proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in your chosen industry sector.

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a track record of winning new business.
