About the Role
The Pastoral Care Coordinator, know internally as the House Coordinator, provides leadership and guidance within their assigned House, fostering a supportive and connected community that promotes student wellbeing and engagement. Responsible to the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing and the Head of Student Wellbeing, this role plays a key part in supporting the pastoral welfare of both students and staff. As a Middle Leader and exemplary teacher, the Pastoral Care Coordinator drives initiatives that enhance personal growth and learning outcomes, working collaboratively with the Leadership and Pastoral Teams to develop and implement whole‑school wellbeing goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
