You will work with Account Managers, Tender and Pricing teams to provide the right customer solutions. In this role, a typical day can include:-Driving total IOL revenue and market share in the territory-Accelerating PCIOL (Presbyopia Correcting IOLs) penetration-Facilitating the Accelerator program in selected accounts-Managing tender requirements working with internal teams-Working with Customer Operations on consignment, leveraging MyAlcon360-Developing new business with customers to achieve sales targets.-Maintaining and optimizing existing relationships and managing business with existing key customers.-Providing feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management.-Maintaining and upholding an excellent company image.Competencies:
•Deep knowledge of all IOLs. Ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products. Ability to competitively position Clareon vs. modified/advanced monofocals.
