This role is responsible for general Hotel administration support with a focus on executing and managing all hotel marketing activities across multiple channels while ensuring brand alignment and consistency. Overseeing digital and print content, regularly updating hotel platforms with accurate guest information, trading hours, and promotions. Additionally, designing and refreshing event menus, posters, and promotional materials to enhance the hotel's visibility and engagement.

Coordinating with the C‑E department and resort teams, you will ensure hotel promotions align with broader mountain and seasonal events. During peak periods, you will also create and distribute weekly staff and guest newsletters to keep both employees and visitors informed. With the seasonal nature of the business, this role will also support front-of-house F‑B operations as needed to maintain services standards and deliver an exceptional guest's experience.
