About the Role

As a Houseperson at Rydges, you'll be responsible for keeping the back-of-house areas spotless, organised, and guest-ready. From refreshing public spaces to supporting the housekeeping team with supplies, your attention to detail and pride in presentation will help create a seamless experience for every guest.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a houseperson or in housekeeping within a hotel, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with hotel houseperson & housekeeping procedures and operational policies.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety (WH&S) practices and hazard reporting.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional approach to guest interactions.
