THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to play a key role in optimizing our digital channels. This role will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experience across our website, resident portal, and agent portal.
Note: All roles at Scape HQ require a 5-day onsite presence at our stunning offices in Sydney CBD.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
With a minimum of 5 years' experience, you will be highly analytical, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities include:
1. Execute smaller issue investigations and changes.
2. Conduct analysis of user behavior and website traffic data.
3. Identify pain points and areas for improvement across digital channels.
4. Gather and document business requirements for digital channel enhancements.
5. Collaborate with designers and developers to define technical solutions.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and functionality.
7. Track and measure the success of implemented changes.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for digital channel processes.
9. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DataDog, etc.)
- Web technology, i.e., CSS, HTML5, etc.
- Salesforce Experience
- Agile and work management in Jira and Confluence
