You'll be CBD based with 2-days WFH post probation.

What You'll Do

You'll be at the heart of the operations and act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership by providing insight, direction, and influence across the organisation. You'll lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring they align with the company's growth ambitions.

You'll also use your analytical skills to turn complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and visual dashboards that drive understanding and action. You'll also identify and implement improvements, automation opportunities, and new practices to strengthen the finance function.

Above all, you'll play a key role in supporting transformation and change projects, helping to drive the business forward with confidence and clarity.

You will be the key person liaising with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation to talk them through business performance, help them understand the 'why', as well as identify any roadblocks before they happen, subsequently providing and implementing solutions.

Who You Are

You will thrive in this position if you're an experienced Business Partner with strong commercial acumen.
You'll be highly articulate, be someone who can speak with authority, and be able to simplify numbers for non-finance colleagues. You'll be curious by nature and want to understand how the business operates and be someone who sees the potential of change and improvements; you'll be energised by building something better.

You'll be a fully qualified accountant, possibly have started your career in Big 4 / reputable mid-tier, and have since been operating in a Finance Business Partner position. You will be strong with Excel / financial modelling.

- CA / CPA qualified with relevant degree

- Excellent experience as a Finance Business Partner

- Energised by change and transformation

- Outstanding communication skills; written and verbal

- Financial modelling / advanced Excel
