**About the role:** JLL's large general insurance client is looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator to be based at their Brisbane CBD Office. This role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bond the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest. Managing a team of Mailroom Coordinators and Receptionists your role is to ensure exceptional client team member experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services. Work with ANZ Experience Lead on processes and procedures Previous experience in hospitality, or high-end corporate concierge servicesProven experience managing a small team of employees Well-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships and expectations Prior experience managing meeting room services is desirable We support applications from all underrepresented groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, LGBT+, people with disability and people of all age, religions and race.
