Join our company’s ever-growing vaccines team as the Brand Manager - Vaccines, responsible for one of our flagship vaccines that has made a significant impact on public health by preventing HPV-related diseases. With a major relaunch planned for 2026, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead vaccines growth across both public and private markets in Australia.
Our Marketing team is passionate about delivering innovative vaccines that improve lives globally. Leveraging digital insights and patient analytics, we strive to understand and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic brand plans to maximise market potential and revenue growth
- Be responsible for promotional spend
- Drive brand positioning and messaging aligned with our company’s global vision and local market dynamics
- Work closely with the vaccines team and National Immunisation Manager to support vaccine uptake and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, market access, and digital teams to deliver integrated brand strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and public health policies to inform strategic decisions
- Support the 2026 relaunch, ensuring effective launch planning and execution
- Champion patient-centric approaches and public health impact in all brand activities
What You Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological or Medical Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing innovative vaccine or pharmaceutical brands
- Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills, with the ability to lead complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate brand strategies based on integrated cross-functional insights
- Solid financial acumen to manage brand budgets and forecast performance
- Excellent analytical skills to synthesise market, customer, and competitive data
- Experience working with government health programs, public health initiatives, and private market stakeholders
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage internal teams and external partners
- Solid prior experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry
- Knowledge of HPV or related public health vaccination programs is highly desirable
- Business acumen, resilience, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and within compliance frameworks
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills to lead without direct authority
