Your role:

We are seeking a motivated Brand and Product Manager to join our team on a 9-month maternity cover contract, managing the Construction Adhesives (Liquid Nails) portfolio – one of the company’s largest and most impactful retail brands. In this role, you will lead and implement consumer-driven marketing strategies that grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on position where you will take ownership of brand plans, execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, and manage key projects from concept through to market launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing creativity with commercial acumen, to ensure flawless execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand and product strategies that drive category growth and differentiation.

- Manage end-to-end project planning and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.

- Lead flawless execution of brand campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects seamlessly and effectively.

- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Strong project management experience with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.

- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and delivering outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Ability to quickly understand product usage and technology; experience in construction/building is valued but not essential.
