Job Description
- Lead the design and execution of enablement strategies for data and AI adoption
- Deliver engaging communications, learning programs, and change initiatives
- Coach teams on responsible AI use, including privacy, security, and governance
- Build and nurture a cross‑functional community of data and AI practitioners
- Support the rollout of tools such as M365 Copilot and analytics platforms
The Successful Applicant
You’re a passionate change leader and communicator who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. You bring:
- 8+ years' experience in data, digital, or change enablement roles
- Proven success driving enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies
- Strong understanding of AI and data platforms, with hands‑on experience in rollout or training
- Expertise in communication and learning design, with a focus on behaviour change
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
- Excellent storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
