We are on the lookout for a Junior Property Manager & Leasing Administrator to join our dynamic team If you thrive on delivering top-notch customer service and excellent communication to landlords, tenants, and trades, we want you We're seeking an individual with a high-energy approach, unshakeable confidence, and a fantastic attitude to contribute to our growing success.

Duties

- Client management & timely communication with tenants and prospective tenants
- Conduct all leasing inspections on behalf of the PM department
- Assisting with tenant application processing and reference checks
- Stay up to date with market trends
- Administration for the property management department, including some routine inspections, as and if required
- Assist with the launch of new and re-let properties to the market and processing of all paperwork
- Providing relevant and detailed feedback to property managers and landlords

Requirements

- Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essential
- Proven experience maintaining high levels of client care
- Strong administrative experience
- A genuine love of Property Management and People
- Previous experience working within leasing or property management is considered favourable
