- Shift Times: 1700- 2330, 0700-1500, 1400-0000
- On call duties involved

Duration: 21/09/2025 - 26/10/2025

Pay rate: $3050 Per day

Conditions: Dr will be required to cover all of the Sundays in this period for rostering continuity. Dr's may also be required to cover other days in the event of sick or other leave. Please advise of your Dr's additional availability.

Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
