The Opportunity In a property market that is often volatile, stability and capital backing are king. This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned development group that is in a genuine growth phase. Following several recent strategic acquisitions and with a robust pipeline of future projects confirmed, this role has been created purely due to growth. You will be stepping in to help lead a new wave of developments. The Company (Our Client) We are partnering with a highly regarded, boutique property development group in Perth. They have carved a niche for themselves by prioritising quality over quantity and maintaining impeccable relationships with their partners. - The Culture: This is a /"no-ego/" zone. They are a lovely, close-knit team of experienced professionals who are genuinely values driven. - The Stability: They are well-capitalised and make decisions quickly without red tape. - The Vibe: Professional but supportive. You will be working alongside Directors who trust you to do your job. The Role You are based in a modern head office with regular site visits to keep a finger on the pulse. You will take ownership of boutique apartment projects from inception to completion. Your remit includes: - Full Lifecycle Management: Driving projects from early planning through to construction delivery and handover. - Stakeholder Coordination: Managing architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues before they become site problems. - Commercial Oversight: Managing the tender process, assessing quotes, and keeping a tight rein on variations and budget. - Delivery: acting as the Superintendent's Representative, attending site meetings, and ensuring the builder hits quality and safety KPIs. > About You We are looking for a Project Manager who understands the nuances of residential apartments. - Experience: Solid history in construction or project management, specifically within the apartment/mixed-use space. - Style: You are organised, financially literate, and have the communication skills to manage builders and stakeholders firmly but fairly. - Mindset: You want autonomy. You want to run your own projects without being micromanaged, but you value having a supportive team behind you. What's in it for you - Salary: A competitive package circa $160,000 -180,000 + Super, with flexibility for a standout applicant. - Longevity: A secure pipeline of work in a company that retains its staff. - Environment: A balanced office base role, without corporate layers - Direct access to decision makers. - Career growth opportunities available To Apply If you are a Project Manager looking for a home where your values align with the business, please apply via the link or contact Renee Bengston at rbengston@goughrecruitment.com.au to find out more. All applications are treated with strict confidentiality. This role is exclusive to Gough Recruitment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
