Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold the company's mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
2. Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report, and analyze as set in KPIs;
3. Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and manage property;
4. Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
5. Maintain a well-systemized property management division, so clients benefit from continued high standards of property management services;
6. Build strong working relations with landlords and tenants and effectively manage all issues related to the management of the property portfolio;
7. Customer Database Management ability;
8. Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings.

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager must have:

1. A can-do and open-to-learn attitude;
2. A great sense of humour;
3. Strong performance in a team environment, with proven organizational skills;
4. Tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in property management;
5. Sound knowledge of the industry's acts, legislation, and compliance.

Position Requirements

1. Agent Representative Certificate;
2. Current Police Check Record;
3. Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
