Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our high calibre team in delivering a portfolio of development and infrastructure projects across Queensland & Northern Territory.

This role will be working on our Darwin Ship Lift project in East Arm managing either FRP/Precast or Marine Structures package of works.

As an experienced Foreman, you will work collaboratively with the General Foreman to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with

- Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program

Desirable skills

- Experience managing FRP or structural scopes on major civil projects
