The opportunity… As a Field Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge and service experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of Endoscopy and sterilization and batch washer equipment in the infection control space. You will play an important role in ensuring our customer’s equipment is functional, safe and in optimal condition. Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with these values. - You are a well-presented customer focused team player with a "can do attitude". - You are a team player and capable to be highly automatous in the field. - You are open to learning, new challenges, problem solving, with capability to travel on occasion. Experience required: - Ideally 2-5 years' experience within endoscopy, Infection control or related service field. - Electrical trade license or disconnect/reconnect or similar electrical/electronic knowledge - Experience with SAP, Microsoft suite would be highly regarded - Industry Trade experience with electrical/electronic or similar would be highly regarded.
